^{I offer this service by quote only. You may request both services at once and I will bundle the prices for you.I draw all character designs with polished lineart, colour and shading. If you only want me to do part/s of the process, I am open to negotiation.

Section 1: Wills & Won'ts

Section 2: Service
^{• I have the right to refuse service to anyone, and a right to cancel any purchases and any commissions at any time. For the latter scenario, a full refund will be given, any work that has been done will be voided, and any WIPs you have been sent will be voided as well (as in, you will not be permitted to use them for personal, promotional, or commercial purposes).• However, I have no right to revoke or retroactively bar someone from utilising my works if they have paid for it in full in the past, though I am permitted to refuse future service to anyone.• If you circumvent my ToS repeatedly, you will be barred from accessing all my services, present and future, indefinitely.}

Section 3.1: Payment and Turnaround Times
^{• I currently only accept $USD through PayPal via invoice, or an equal converted $AUD amount if you are Australian.• 100% payment is required upfront before any work starts. Payment plans are not available at this time.• Turnaround times highly vary based on the complexity of the order and my health. I am not be able to guarantee work needed for certain deadlines due to these reasons.• You may only request a refund in the event I do not make any progress on your piece after one month (from payment). Otherwise, I do not offer refunds outside of extraordinary circumstances.• I may work on other projects and pieces in-between and during the course of commissions. This does not mean I am neglecting your order, I simply have ADHD and, as a result, often struggle to concentrate on a single thing at a time.}Section 3.2: Payment - Griffia
^{• I may accept GC as a payment option at any given point in time. I will make a note of this on the "Home" page.• Split payment options are not available at this time.• Items, griffolk and companions are non-refundable due to the nature of utilising them as a payment option - they are, at worst, impossible to substitute for, and often times I offer work for them that I would not have offered for typical payment options.
Do not make these sorts of offers unless you are 100% sure you are willing to let them go.}

Section 4: WIPs and Revisions
^{• For character illustration orders, I only offer draft WIPs and revisions. If you want WIPs and revisions outside of the draft, there will be a surcharge.• For custom design orders, I do not offer any WIPs or revisions for blind custom designs - they are reserved for semi-blind and full custom designs.• Revisions are not permitted if I am no longer working on the piece's respective phase, eg. I will not make any changes to the lineart during the colour phase.• I permit and encourage redlining over my works if you want something specific, and I also encourage the use of reference images for pose requests, outfit aesthetics, etc. - I am a very visual person and am not good with text descriptions.• WIPs and revisions will require approvals. If I do not receive response within 3 days, I will reach out again. If there is no response within 4 additional days thereafter (in total, 7 days), then the work will be greenlit automatically.• If you do not hear back from me in 7 days from the last point of communication and have any concerns, please shoot me a message! Progress on pieces may fluctuate due to my health. Please be patient with me as there may be periods of time when I don't make any notable progress on your pieces.}

Section 5.1: Usage
^{• All artwork and all designs created by me, "h_herrscher"/"hhherrscher", are only valid for personal use. This means you may not use them for commercial or promotional means without my express permission.• If you are interested in using commissioned works for commercial or promotional use, please reach out to with me an inquiry. I am open to discussing retroactive promotional usage, but commercial usage must be discussed in advance, and will incur additional fees.• I retain the right to post my works on both my hobbyist and professional socials with the necessary credits.• Credits for personal and commissioned work of designs I have created are appreciated but not mandatory.• Credits for design work are otherwise mandatory. Some examples when design credit is necessary include, but are not limited to:
• Character storage platforms such as TH
• Utilising my designs in broadcasting or media projects• Designs made by me can be regifted, retraded and resold. While I will not actively bar someone from reselling my works for higher than they purchased it for, I reserve to the right to refuse future service to you if I feel like you are taking advantage of my work.• Do not remove my watermark from my works for any reason.• Using my art in AI datasets or for NFT projects is not permitted for any reason.}Section 5.2: Usage - Gift Art
^{• Gift art is subject to the "Usage" section of my ToS.• Gift art is defined as any art I draw without receiving direct compensation, eg. contest entries.• In the event there is a conflict with the terms included within the contest and my own ToS, the contest's rules take precedent where possible.}

Section 6: Discounts
^{• There may be times I offer discounts for any reason, either in the form of percentage-based or flat discounts. Different discounts cannot be applied at the same time.• Percentage-based discounts are applied to the total final cost.• Flat discounts are applied to the total cost prior to conversion calculations, and as such are only listed in $USD.• All discounts are applied first come, first serve. Contact me to get a quote, and then provide your exact offer.• I DO NOT bank unused flat discounts since it can become a management nightmare, so any flat discount value you don’t use is wasted.• Items are non-refundable once work has started! Please ensure you are 100% okay with letting go of the items you trade.}
